We start with doing a full assessment of every area of your practice. Top down evaluation of all systems within your office.
PLAN OF ACTION
Once the assessment is complete, the results are reviewed with you and a plan of action is developed and defined with a cohesive and cooperative vision.
TRAINING
Step by step the training plan is developed and rolled out to your team in ‘bite size’ pieces to ensure understanding and nurture open communication before implementation. Time is spent on the “why” as much as the “how”.
