With more than 15 years in management, Jamie’s areas of proficiency include operational efficiency, revenue cycle management, and the successful implementation of projects like Electronic Medical Records (EMR). At her heart lies a fundamental belief in the importance of communication, a principle she reinforces through her Core Strengths Facilitator certification which she uses to develop staff and create high-performing teams ready for success in the changing world of healthcare management.
